RETURN & REFUND
We want you to be completely satisfied on every purchase you made with Pretty Valley Home. If you wish to return or exchange your unused or unopened merchandise for any reason, you may do so within 14 days after receipt of purchase for exchange, refund or credit (excluding package, shipping and handling charges). Please email contact@prettyvalleyhome to request a return authorization along with the order number. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt) to be accepted. Refunds are issued back to you in the original form of payment. Please see below for specific return packing instructions. We reserve the right to deny refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only items in original condition will be accepted for refund. Please note, Pretty Valley Home is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to Pretty Valley Home.
If there is a problem with your order, we would be happy to resolve within 15 days of receiving the item. Please email contact@prettyvalleyusa.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required when requesting a replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
Sale items, bundle items, discontinued items, gift certificates, custom pieces, special orders, and third-party items not produced by Pretty Valley Home are final sale and are not able to be returned. Items with no proof of purchase are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you on the approval of the partial or full refund. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that arrived damaged or do not arrive in our warehouse. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error, refund will not be granted.

Returns/Exchange Instructions:
1. Please contact/email us for Return Authorization at contact@prettyvalleyusa.com
2. Once approved, re pack the product(s) in its original box, materials, unless the package’s condition is not suitable for a safe return. with a copy of the original packing list or invoice.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing list with the return/exchange item(s)
4. Please indicate whether you would like to exchange the item(s) or prefer credit/payment back.
Damages or Packing Errors

Refunds
We will process your refunds once we receive the item. For North American customers, this can take up to 7-14 business days depending on the postal method you choose in returning the item to us. If your initial order was placed with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. Refund process time for customers living outside of North America may vary depending on location.
